Currently, almost all kinds (non-adventure and non life risking) of sports, both indoor and outdoor, are being played in the institute, more or less in a professional manner, Tournaments are conducted at college level wherein all the departments of the institute participate. Institute has got the best sports facilities in the whole central India. |
| Indoor Games:- |
The Indoor Games Complex, built to international standards, has facilities for badminton, table-tennis, caroms, Pool chess and it has a centrally air conditioned gymnasium. |
Outdoor Games:- |
| The Institute also has outdoor playground facilities for Football, Cricket, lawn tennis Basketball and Volleyball lash green campus. |
| Youth festival:- |
Cricket matches of the CSVTU youth festival were held during 31 Dec’ 09 to 03rd Jan ’10. Following are the highlights:
1. A huge contingent of 64 teams participated in Inter college Cricket tournament (Youth Festival) in 2009-10.
2. Matches were played in floodlight among 64 teams on league basis.
3. OPJIT Team was the runner’s up. |

Gym: - |
The much awaited ‘GYMNASTICS HALL’ for our College. The Gym Hall is located in the College campus with all the modern gymnastic exercise gadgets at a cost of Rs. 9 Lakhs. The College Administration has appointed a trainer to monitor the students and also to teach them the methods of using the gadgets safely and usefully. Ever improving results in engineering growing which is the principle behind OPJIT Institutions in an untiring way. |
